A bollettino rinnovo patente pdf download is a document containing all the information that allow to renew your Italian ID card. The document is issued by the Ministero dei Trasporti e delle Infrastrutture and can be printed at home on A4 paper. All the information for renewing an ID card are described in detail on the document, beginning with administrative data, identity data and personal data of the applicant, to indicate if they want to change their address. An overview of documents needed for obtaining a new passport or replacing lost parts of it are also included. The main section of the document is that that describes the medical check to be carried out. There are seven points to keep in mind:The applicant must go to a surgery, dentist or ophthalmologist chosen from a list provided by the Ministry of Health, and have a medical check for any disease or disability that can endanger road security. In this case it is mandatory to present a prescription from the chosen surgery, physician or specialist office. The chosen doctor will provide applicants with a form for certification of non-clinical contraindications explaining "the physical impossibility for carrying out the practical test" due to any illness or disability, along with an official statement indicating which surgery has issued it. Only for physical disabilities (and not psychological disorders) the medical certificate will be issued free of charge, provided they can be proven with a second medical report from a different doctor chosen by the applicant. If the disability is verified by another doctor but is not included in the list of medical contraindications, they must pay for it. If the medical check reveals some illness or disability that does not prevent driving, applicants can still decide to undergo a practical test in order to work out if they are able to drive safely anyway. If the doctor in charge of the medical check has any doubts about the applicant's ability to drive safely, they must indicate the number of medical contraindications issued in their certification and request further examinations. The applicant will then be asked to wait for a new appointment for a second medical certificate, still free of charge. If the second report also reveals some contraindications, applicants can ask for a third medical certificate from another doctor or go through an on-the-road test instead. The on-the-road test will be carried out by a driving instructor, who is obliged by law to inform the competent police station of all driving tests he or she carries out. The driving instructor will also ask the applicant for two health certificates certifying they do not suffer from eye diseases or conditions that could make them unsafe while driving. Furthermore, they must get an official statement of proof of tax payments for the car they are going to drive. After all the medical checks have been carried out properly, applicants can ask their chosen doctor to provide them with a written report stating "no contraindications". cfa1e77820
